BOOKING YOUR STAY
Booking your stay at Snowbird is quick and easy. The process is as follows:
Complete the Request to Book by selecting the dates & number of guests for your stay. You will also need to provide your name, email address, phone number, home address, and credit card details. This will place a pre-authorization on your credit card for the Reservation.
You will then receive a email from us requesting an Identity Verification performed by SuperHog.com. All guests need to be have their Identity verified before being approved to stay at Snowbird.
Once your Identity is successfully verified, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation with details about the reservation and next steps.
Before your Reservation commences, you will receive a request from us for a Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will place a pre-authorization of NZD$500 on your credit card for the Reservation. This will cover any minor damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from your stay. If there are no issues with the Property after your stay, the Security Deposit will be refunded. Please note, access to the Property will not be possible until the Security Deposit is in place.
